Custom Logo Bag Order Process
A clear sequence for confirming the model, artwork, sample, written specification, packing, and shipment.

Choose a starting model
A reference model keeps the first quotation grounded in a real construction. Send the model number or clear photos and explain how the bag will be used. Include the quantity, destination, required date, and any size limit. If the design must change, mark those changes on the image instead of describing them only in a message.
Prepare artwork and placement
Vector artwork gives the clearest basis for print or embroidery. State the finished logo width, color references, and preferred panel. The supplier should confirm whether seams, pockets, or curves limit the position. A digital mockup is useful for layout, but the physical sample is where the buyer checks scale, color, edge quality, and alignment.
Review the complete sample
Check more than the logo. Measure the bag, pack it with a realistic load, test the zippers and straps, and inspect the lining and compartments. Record every requested correction in one list. When a revised sample is required, make sure the next version is compared with that list rather than with scattered chat messages.
Approve a written specification
The approved model, dimensions, fabric, color, lining, webbing, hardware, logo, packaging, and carton marks should be written down before production. Attach the approved artwork and sample photos to the same record. A clear specification gives both sides one reference when they discuss production updates or pre-shipment checks.
Confirm packing and delivery details
Before the order is scheduled, confirm individual packing, carton quantity, shipping marks, destination, and the party responsible for freight. Ask what information will be available before shipment, such as packing photos or an inspection summary. The quotation can only reflect these requirements accurately when they are discussed before production begins.
