How we use inquiry information

We use the information to answer questions, identify suitable models, prepare quotations, discuss samples, record approved specifications, and coordinate orders or shipping when requested.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Inquiry details may be shared with staff and service providers involved in quotation, sampling, production coordination, inspection, or shipping. Records are kept only as long as needed for the business relationship, order documentation, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations.

Website data and external services

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or Google Analytics. It may store a local display preference in your browser. Cloudflare may process standard request and security data when delivering the site. Email, telephone, and WhatsApp are external services with their own privacy practices.
